To the Editor:
The most crucial problem facing Ship Bottom is stormwater run-off from excessive impervious cover. All of Ship Bottom’s planning documents stress the problems from too much impervious coverage and too much stormwater runoff. As everyone knows, Long Beach Boulevard is closed regularly as impassable after most storms. The stormwater drains back up with water regularly. There is extreme flooding everywhere.
