The Barnegat High School girls basketball team just may become the hoops equivalent of the 2016 New York Giants. The 2015 Giants couldn’t win close games. They lost eight games by six points or less, leading to a 6-10 record. The 2015 Barnegat girls lost five games by eight points or less. The Bengals ended up with a 10-13 record and went 6-8 in Shore Conference B South play.
