The following is an open letter to the U.S. senators and representatives from New Jersey, Gov. Murphy, the state Legislature and Monmouth, Atlantic and Ocean County boards of commissioners.
To our elected officials:
What are you doing to move the proposed wind farms farther offshore? You were elected to protect and promote our state and your constituents’ best interests. Bluster and rhetoric on how hard you are working to move the wind farms is worthless. Doing nothing is a short cut to not getting reelected.
