Some teens like to make extra spending money by shoveling snow or pulling weeds. But Toms River native Tim Barone found a liking for cutting hair.
“I was 14 when I started cutting my friends’ hair at home,” he recalled. “I charged $5 apiece, and that gave me enough spending money to go out and have some fun.”
