It never fails. Whenever the Pinelands Regional and Barnegat girls volleyball teams get together for their first clash of the season, things get a little wonky.
“Yeah, I don’t know. It seems every time we play Barnegat, we have to get over these nerves,” said Pinelands senior Heidi Cyphert. “For some reason, it gets in our heads every time. We have this rivalry with them, and maybe we’re just thinking too much.
