To the Editor:
Sometimes getting help can make things tremendously damaging for us if the effort is not done intelligently. Ocean County help was very effective in clearing the Boulevard from snow/sleet/ice but damaging to residents of easement roads in North Beach as described below.
Most North Beach residents own the road in front of their properties, therefore their road is private rather than public, as is the case in other sections of LBI.
