Local summer is here – warm water, good weather and unprotected beaches at the very moment you can’t afford to let your guard down.

The ocean is a powerful source of constant energy and change. Winds, tides, waves and currents all are ever changing and flowing. By our nature we are attracted to it. Physiologists generally agree that the human body is about 60% water, and the brain 73 to 75%. Our development in the womb to birth is surrounded by our mother’s warm and peaceful fluid.
