In the midst of the ultra-busy summer season, while many local musicians spend almost every day entertaining at every bar and restaurant in the area, the LBI Singer Songwriter Showcase offers those artists an opportunity to share their original work with the community.

Over the past few years, the event, hosted by Chris Fritz, has welcomed dozens of well-known local performers to share a deeper, more personal side of their art. This year’s showcase will take place on Sunday, July 26 from 5 p.m.
