The espresso comes out of a tap. Not a spigot, but a stout tap. When Sam Caminos pulls a latte, it pours like a Guinness. Nitrogen-charged, creamy and smooth. One would be hard-pressed to find something similar on the Island (or most places, actually). But that’s the whole point.
The Caminos family opened Ono Bowls, a Hawaiian-themed acai bowl and coffee shop, at 510 N. Bay Ave., Suite 104, in Beach Haven in May.
