I am writing in praise of the Commentary by Dr. Edgar J. Gunter in last week’s edition (“Engineer: The Nuts and Bolts of Offshore Wind’s Problems”). To be clear, I am not agreeing with what the doctor is saying. I do support the construction of offshore wind turbines.
