A brand-new theater production company called October Ensemble, led by the creative team of Dakota Reider and Elle River of Barnegat and Bliss Rubin of Lacey Township, debuts its chocolate-themed comedic murder mystery, “The Sweetest Crime,” at St. Thomas of Villanova Church in Surf City on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 2 and 7 p.m. General admission tickets are $36 apiece (and going fast), with discounts for seniors and groups of six or more. The show is recommended for ages 16 and older.
