In the high-stakes world of politics, there are highs and there are lows. Ocean County Commissioners Bobbi Jo Crea and Gary Quinn experienced one of those lows when the Republican screening committee voted to toss them out in favor of younger candidates, or so it was said.
Crea, the former mayor of Little Egg Harbor, is well liked and highly regarded. She brought about significant change to several county and municipal programs that serve more than 200,000 senior citizens living in Ocean County.
