Concerned about the financial impact a proposed N.J. Department of Environmental Protection resiliency rule would have on Ocean County, its board of commissioners recently unveiled a website dedicated to the regulation.
“Ocean County’s local economies lean heavily on our tourism industry,” Commissioner Jennifer Bacchione said. “The damage these rules could do to our small businesses and residents will have a lasting impact.
