An Ocean County grand jury indicted a Pennsylvania woman Jan. 28 on charges of aggravated arson and eluding law enforcement stemming from incidents that happened last February in Ship Bottom and Surf City.
The charges against Juliette Tournier, 30, stem, in part, from the Feb. 19, 2025 structure fire on North Central Avenue in Surf City. Borough police and local fire companies were called out around 8:40. that night to battle the blaze, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
