After her ball slowed down and stopped short of the downslope on the 13th hole, Brittney Stahl climbed onto the rocky wall and needed to bend way down to get her putter head lined up for a second shot. It’s not an easy position from which to strike the ball, especially when eight months pregnant.

“I have four weeks left, and I haven’t played since the summer,” said Stahl, who’s played in the “Can You Beat Biggy?” Thanksgiving Classic at The Sand Trap in Ship Bottom in four of its five years.
