To the Editor:
I don’t believe enough study went into passing the amendment to the existing bulkhead ordinance. I doubt there was any engineering study completed for the High Bar Harbor area. I attended the meeting on Dec. 6 and most of the issues brought up were discarded – for instance, the porous nature of a bulkhead.
