To the Editor:
I would like to correct Pete Rossi’s statement in his letter last week (“Years of Service”) that the ethics charges against Bill Fenimore were dismissed as a frivolous complaint.
“The Decision of the School Ethics Commission OAL Docket No.: EEC-05095-2020 SEC Docket No.: C69-19 and C70-19 (Consolidated) Final Decision” states in part: “and denying the Motions to Dismiss as to the alleged violation of N.J.A.S. 18A:12.1(e) by both Respondent Fenimore and Respondent Bowker.
