It’s that time of year when local issues come to light. The one I have in mind is the sale of the LBI Grade School, which is under contract to Michael Pagnotta Architects in the amount of $14,016,000. He has one main stumbling point, which is to go before the Ship Bottom Land Use Board to have the property changed from a “P” zone ( public) to a “R-2” (residential zone).
