To the Editor:
All this talk about no bail for criminals is a problem. If someone commits a crime, no bail should not be the only answer.
On the first occurrence of crime, no bail is reasonable, if the person has no means to pay for the bail and has no prior record. On the second offensive, give the person a second chance and continue to use the no-bail stipulation.
