On Aug. 22, the “18 Miles of Tennis” group ended its inaugural season with a “Queen of the Court” round robin at the Beach Haven tennis courts, followed by a party and the introduction of their team shirts.
Anna Paskas, a Beach Haven resident, said the group came together on a spring day this year when tennis activities were rained out and several players gathered for breakfast at the Dockside Diner.
