It turns out Billy Joel was only partially right. Life is a series of hellos and goodbyes, but instead of it being time for goodbye again, it is time for hello – at least for Chief Warrant Officer James B. Corbisiero, who returns to Coast Guard Station Barnegat Light as its commanding officer.
Corbisiero’s second tour of duty at Station Barnegat Light, where he qualified as a surfman, began on June 29 when he assumed command.
