To the Editor:
While we appreciate the reasons why John Imperiale (Commentary, 1/19) wants to continue outside dining on LBI, we sincerely hope that any new ordinances enacted will consider the neighbors of dining and entertainment venues.
Although Mr. Imperiale states that “people who live near our restaurants need to be respected and their concerns addressed,” that has not been the case over the past two summers.
