Bus trips are not high on my to-do list in this busy travel age, but I realize they might offer a more pleasant option than driving oneself in certain situations. Three hours on a bus isn’t a long time, I told myself, as I booked a trip to the Sight & Sound Theatres including a buffet lunch in Pennsylvania. Plus, some of the proceeds of the trip would benefit my church, so I thought “why not?”
I’m familiar with Lancaster. It is a verdant treasure of Amish farms and greenery.
