A month ago, Joseph Rainone was on the shelf with a fractured elbow, unable to race his motorcycle. But in his second race back in action this past Saturday, he had winning on his mind.

“I broke my arm practicing and I just got back to racing a couple of weeks ago,” said the 11-year-old from Little Egg Harbor, who won the overall position for the Junior-class races during the MCI Stump Jumper Hare Scramble at Sahara Sand in Eagleswood, part of the East Coast Enduro Association Championship series.
