The Morrison’s property in Beach Haven has a new owner, Coastal Holdings, which recently entered into a purchase agreement.
The Second Street site on the bay was once the location of Morrison’s restaurant, which was destroyed by fire in 2005 and never rebuilt. The marina business has remained.
