As the number of new developments continues to rise in Little Egg Harbor, catching the attention of concerned residents, another application for the construction of new homes has been submitted.
The application is for 11 single-family homes at 245 Great Bay Blvd., and has been submitted to the township’s zoning board. The site is situated on about 8 acres, and is adjacent to the Tucker’s Creek tributary.
