As many are aware, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management will hold what it describes as “in-person public hearings” on the draft environmental impact statement for the proposed Atlantic Shores South windmill project off LBI. The meeting is slated for Wednesday, June 21, starting at 5 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Manahawkin.
Finally, BOEM is coming to LBI. But the format of the meeting will stifle information exchange, sharing of comments/thoughts by attendees and will silence public expression,…
