The Southern Ocean County region is beloved for its vibrant live music scene, booming with a huge variety of local singer-songwriters and performers. Occasionally, however, the majesty of the area draws in stars from abroad as well.
Such was the case last weekend in the heart of historic Tuckerton as Martin Barre – of Jethro Tull fame – stopped into the Lizzie Rose Music Room for an intimate, unplugged performance with his acoustic trio, Martin Barre and Friends.
