Composting is a great way to supplement your garden with beneficial, nutritious ingredients, and on Monday, Aug. 31 at 6 p.m. Stafford residents are invited to participate in a free composting workshop.

Partnering with the Ocean County Master Composters, the township is offering this opportunity to give residents composting basics as well as the chance to win a compost bin to take home. Learning to compost at the workshop also helps fulfill one of the Green Challenge requirements.
