Avoid the hassle of driving this Memorial Day weekend and hop on the LBI Shuttle instead; the mini buses will travel up and down the Island, from Holgate to Barnegat Light, throughout the holiday stretch. The shuttles – which are are ADA-accessible and air-conditioned – can be waved down as they pass, and are able to be tracked online at lbishuttle.com.
On Friday, May 26, and Saturday, May 27, the shuttle will run from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. On Sunday, May 28, the service also begins at 3 p.m.
