As a professor at Stockton University, I have the unique pleasure in creating my own general studies course. Because I am an avid angler with a particular obsession for striped bass, my general studies course is “Ecology and Saltwater Fishing.” Adding to the good fortune, I conduct it at the Atlantic City campus, where I exploit the natural resources of the beachfront to augment my class lessons.
