To the Editor:
This is in response to Wendy McClure’s Commentary in the Jan. 14 SandPaper (“Some Thoughts on the Bullies Who Harrassed a Mini Protest”). In this guest opinion column she states that she and a friend organized a local protest after the events in Minneapolis. She went on to state that “unfortunately the opposition … decided to visit us” and “harass us.” She further stated that they must have thought “it would be fun to come and bully the group of mostly women and push their beliefs on us.”
As I am a supporter of the First Amendment, she has the right to protest those events that occurred in Minneapolis.
