To the Editor:
As the summer winds down, I know myself and all fellow Islanders are taking a big breath of relief as our welcomed and beloved summer visitors leave for the season. Our island is slowly becoming quieter and we are all enjoying the peace and tranquility as we transition to the off-season. With this changing of the guard, we all know we get quite a few necessary, sometimes unsightly neighbors: the orange traffic cones.
