The last of Long Beach Island’s independent neighborhood pharmacies is celebrating its 75th anniversary.

Located at 1 South Bay Ave. in Beach Haven, Kapler’s Pharmacy first will hold its Classic Christmas Soirée on Saturday, Nov. 27, from 5 to 7 p.m. There will be horse and carriage rides, music by MC Entertainment, prizes and refreshments.
