To the Editor:
At the Sept. 16 meeting of the Ship Bottom Regular Republican Club, the motion to withdraw the club’s endorsement of Ship Bottom Council member Peter Rossi in the upcoming general election was overwhelmingly defeated in a show-of-hands vote. At issue was that the council member has been censured by the Ship Bottom Council for derogatory actions and has been stripped of all committee assignments so as to limit his contact with borough employees. (See borough resolutions 2021-117 and 2021-118.)
