To the Editor:
Energy planners, from our POTUS to government agencies and public utilities, have targeted massive swaths of our oceans and mountaintops for wind power businesses. Unfortunately, for our money, little may be accomplished in promoting the public good.
Their claim of electric power generation for, say, 30,000 homes overshadows the official dedicated purpose of wind turbine entitlement to reduce greenhouse gases.
