To the Editor:

I am a working musician, performing in various venues on LBI. As part of the music community there and the many talented people earning their livelihood employed by the venues up and down the Island, I feel it’s necessary for me to chime in on this year’s new rules regarding occupancy and acoustic/no amplification.

Since it has once again become a bone of contention, I feel it needs to be reaffirmed that the outdoor venues have been a great addition to the job market, creating more opportunities…
