To the Editor:
In a Sept. 15 letter (“Study’s Shortcomings”) with regards to a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection climate effects study, the writer seems to be all in with the idea that man’s activities are affecting the climate, and suggests “the public has little understanding of climate change.”
