To the Editor:
From the time I’ve lived on this Island, which is over 70 years, I always heard “I love LBI.” Charming, quaint, fun, friendly are just some of the things said about this 18-mile strip of sand from those who chose to visit or vacation here.
Seeing many changes over the years is inevitable. Storms, renovations to existing homes, government regulation and more have changed this Island and not for the good.
