How the Grinch Tried to Steal Holiday Snack Bar

’Twas a few weeks before the Holiday Parade and all through the town,
The Borough BA was certifying letters to “take all the stuff down!”

The seaside cart was standing, pointed up in the air.
“Yup, it’s gotta go!” she said without care.
The flower pots that were painted red,
“Also an eyesore.” That’s what the town said.
With Brian in a sweatshirt, and Curt in a cap,
The town making so much paperwork, there would be no nap.
