The holiday season is now in full swing with shopping, parties, cookies and all the rich tasting goodies and culinary delights. Houses are decorated with colorful lights strung about in fanciful displays. The trees, rich deep green with the scent of fresh cut pine, are arranged and set out for sale. Many have already been put up in homes, decorated with red ribbons, silver bows and fun and fancy ornaments. The merry making has begun with festive music, parades, shows and Christmas services.

In this reflective time of year, I started thinking about everyone who will cherish going home during the holidays.
