The Holiday Snack Bar in Beach Haven has had its mercantile license extended and will be able to continue to operate pending approval of an outdoor seating application to be heard by the borough land use board next month.
The license was denied by the zoning office’s mercantile department last month and was to expire Sunday, May 14. But Borough Manager Sherry Mason said the license would be extended if an application was filed on May 15, which it was.
