To the Editor:
On a recent visit to Holgate at the Forsythe Refuge beach at dusk I was shocked to see a new three-story castle mansion completely lit up with eight rows of lights on each floor (44 on the exterior walls that face east and north), closely resembling a giant casino. It is next to the parking lot and abutting the refuge and probably can be seen from space.
