A Valentine message with meaning: Hearts for Healing, a program to benefit David’s Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation, rallies the community to honor those affected by cancer.
“Walls of Love” displaying heart-shaped donation vouchers are popping up all over town as a powerful visual of hope, strength and courage, according to Foundation COO Kristy Koos.
Over 20 local businesses and schools sold paper hearts for $2 apiece and had donors write a dedication or inspirational message of hope.
