At a recent meeting of the Harvey Cedars Board of Commissioners, officials adopted a resolution honoring borough resident John Tilton for his 23 years of service on the borough’s land use board. Most members of the board attended, as did former Mayor Jonathan Oldham, Borough Engineer Frank Little and members of Tilton’s family.
