The boat launch on Kinsey Cove off Bay Terrace in Harvey Cedars has long been an issue for the residents on Bay Terrace, especially the high level of commercial entities putting boats in the water all year long.
The borough commission has taken steps to alleviate the issue for residents, especially over the summer months.
