When the beach season officially starts on Saturday, June 20, the Harvey Cedars Beach Patrol is expanding after-hours coverage.
Lifeguards are at their posts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, the patrol will provide coverage from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. by utilizing ATVs, UTVs and/or pickup trucks.
