To the Editor:
I want to thank our public works people, our first aid squad and Barnegat’s bravest, our fire company, for the help they gave us at the successful fireworks show at the high school Friday night, July 3. Many thanks to the board of education and the superintendent for the use of the high school grounds.
Now Jeannie Broadbent, Chief Germain, Marty Lisella and I know what people went through on D-Day. Even the weather was a constant concern.
