To the Editor:
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Wally’s Restaurant for the incredibly generous gesture of offering me and my guest a free meal as a token of appreciation for my service as a veteran.
When our server came to our table, she said that anything of our choice on the entire menu would be totally free to a vet and a guest. I learned that, amazingly, this restaurant does this for any vet and their guest on Veterans Day for either breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they’ve been doing this…
