To the Editor:
On Dec. 13, Ship Bottom’s new water treatment plant began continuous operation. The plant is now providing residents and businesses in Ship Bottom with clean, potable water.
The transition from the old facility to the new one began on Sept. 15, followed by the required testing period, which ended in early December. This would not have been possible without the help and cooperation of our neighboring community to the north, Surf City.
